Singer, songwriter, and producer James Lee is set to release his new track titled "Erase" tonight (5/22) at midnight PDT! The single gives us a look into his upcoming sophomore solo EP, which is slated to release around late June or early July. Make sure to keep an eye out for it!
The LA-based musician has spent over a decade experimenting across a spectrum of genres. This release, however, is a further departure from James' rock roots. In 2015, the artist was involved in a tragic accident, which left him unable to continue playing bass for his former band. His new track "Erase" is made up of heartfelt lyrics, in light of the accident's 5 year anniversary. The song features a feel-good future bass wave of euphoria, while detailing moments of hardship; it is definitely bittersweet.
“It’s my pleasure to have fans be part of this next EP. They are the reason I get to do music, and it feels like it’s time to share my growth as a musician.”
James takes pride in his strong connection with fans. As a way of thanking them for their continuous support, every single person who joins his Patreon will have their names printed on the physical EP. This offer is up until a day before his birthday (June 8), so make sure to sign up while you can!
“Erase” will be available to stream on all major streaming platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer. Click HERE to pre-save!
