Armors are back from hiatus

Armors is an alternative band from Orange County, California. The band consists of members Olen Kittelsen and Sam Beresford. The band formed in 2015 and recently took a 16 month hiatus from social media and making music. They currently have released one EP and a variety of singles. Armors recently released their new single “I Don’t Wanna Know” from their upcoming EP, which is slated to be released next year.

The band takes on different styles in each of their projects. It is hard to completely define what their sound is. Their music takes on an upbeat alternative pop sound with R&B influence that adds a bit of darkness to their sound. Their current single differs from anything else they have released, but it is still authentically and distinctly Armors. The band currently has well over a million streams on their singles “Genesis” and “Kerosene.”

Armors just finished touring with the Plain White T’s. They sat down with us at their show in Eugene, Oregon on November 4th to talk about touring, their hiatus, and what is coming in the future.
